This privacy policy for Deductive AI, Inc., describes how we collect, store, use, and/or share your information when you use our website at deductive.ai or engage with us in other related ways, including any sales or marketing events (“Services”). Remember that your use of the Services is subject to our Services Agreement available at Terms of Service.

Subprocessors
Deductive AI, Inc. engages subprocessors to process personal information and transparently communicates their use. A regularly updated list of subprocessors is reviewed to ensure transparency. Customers authorize the use of subprocessors through executed agreements or by accepting applicable terms, and any changes to subprocessors are communicated in advance.
Customers or individuals may request a detailed list of subprocessors, including the type of data processed and the purpose of processing, by contacting us at privacy@deductive.ai. We are committed to providing this information transparently and in a timely manner.
Records of Disclosure
Deductive AI, Inc. maintains a detailed record of all authorized disclosures of personal information to third parties, including the nature of the disclosed information, the recipient, and the date of disclosure. Unless legally prohibited, Deductive AI, Inc. will notify individuals of any legally binding request for disclosure of their personal information.
Any updates to subprocessors processing PII will be communicated to customers to ensure transparency and compliance with privacy expectations.
